CAMERON FOURTH QUARTER EARNINGS RELEASED
Cameron reported net income of $99.9 million, or $0.40 per diluted share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2011, compared with net income in the prior year’s fourth quarter of $164.6 million, or $0.66 per diluted share.

CAMERON ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT WITH BP
Houston (December 16, 2011) - Cameron (NYSE: CAM) today announced an agreement with BP whereby BP will indemnify Cameron for current and future compensatory claims against Cameron associated with the Deepwater Horizon incident.
