Measurement Systems -   BARTON Brand Profile

From basic sensors to sophisticated electronic subsystems, Measurement Systems' solutions are in use across the globe in applications requiring the measurement, monitoring, analysis and control of gas and fluid processes.

The BARTON® brand has been around since the 1940’s when Barton Jones of California designed and marketed the very first dual-bellows meter assembly – the heart of the brand’s many differential pressure based products, including Chart Recorders, Indicators and Switches. Today, BARTON DPU products are truly the industry standard with hundreds of thousands of units in operation around the world.

On May 26, 2007 Cameron acquired the DPU product-line of PRIME Measurement Products which re-united the BARTON oil and gas products with the BARTON industrial products.
