DYNATORQUE^TM  robotic welder assures precise handwheel dimensions every time. 
 

DYNATORQUE  fabricated handwheel are suited for use with all Cameron's quarter-turn and multi-turn operators, manual overrides, and position indicators. Additionally, DYNATORQUE handwheels can be fitted to products manufactured by others, or, in some applications, be mounted directly to valve stems.
 

Handwheel rims and spokes are constructed of high quality 1 inch OD diameter tubing. Handwheel hubs are constructed of cold rolled carbon steel machined to your specifications.

 

 

 

Note:

Handwheels over 18 inches in diameter are nt recommended for use with quarter-turn models DT2,3, 5, 7. Cameron produces chainwheel adapters for the purpose of adapting chainwheels to our oerators. The use of handwheels as mounting platforms for chainwheels increases the weight and cantilever length.  Please conside using these chainwheel adaters in lieu of handwheels in these applications.  Use of 'Cheater Bars' voids warranty.

Notes:

Standard handwheels are supplied with a plated bolt and lock nut used as mounting hardware. All handwheels supplied with .281 cross holes will come with a ¼-20 bolt and nut. All handwheels supplied with a .391 cross hole will be supplied with a 3/8-16 bolt and nut. Refer to Specification Sheet DT for handwheel sizing formulas.
