Robert J. Rajeski
President
Bob Rajeski is President of Compression Systems. He joined the Company in August 1999 as President of Cooper Turbocompressor. His previous experience included key assignments at Ingersoll-Dresser, Ingersoll-Rand, Atlas Copco and General Electric. His most recent assignments were as Vice President & General Manager and previously Vice President, Worldwide Manufacturing, of the Engineered Pump Division of Ingersoll-Dresser Pump Company.
Bob also served as Operations Manager for Ingersoll-Rand's Centrifugal Compressor Division. Prior to that, he was Operations Manager for Atlas Copco's Comptec Centrifugal Compressor Division.
He has extensive experience in all phases of plant and process management in the compression and engineering fields. |

Ron Flecknoe
Vice President, Aftermarket Sales
Ron was named Vice President, Aftermarket Sales in 2002. Ron has been with the Company for 36 years. Prior to his current assignment, he spent 24 years in Colorado and held numerous management positions in the aftermarket organization. Ron has extensive experience in all phases of sales and service.

Mahesh Joshi
Vice President, Centrifugal Compressors
Mahesh joined Compression Systems in December, 2007 as Vice President, Centrifugal compressors. Prior to joining the Company, Mahesh spent 25 years with Ingersoll-Rand Company in a number of different roles. His most recent assignment was as General Manager ,Process air solutions.
Mahesh holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi University in India, a Masters of Business Administration from Murray state University in the USA and a General Management Program certification from Duke University in the USA.

Adam Nightingale
Vice President, Human Resources
Adam joined Compression Systems in December, 2007 as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining the Company, Adam spent 22 years with Ingersoll-Rand and Dresser-Rand Company in a number of different roles. His most recent assignment was as Director, Human Resources for Dresser-Rand’s North American Operations and Asia Pacific Operations.
Adam holds a BSc Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University in the United Kingdom.

Michael O'Neil
Vice President, Engineering and Product Development
Mike joined Compression Systems in April 2007 as Vice President, Engineering and Product Development. Prior to joining Compression Systems, Mike spent 21 years with Dresser-Rand Company in a variety of engineering, development and business related roles. His most recent assignment was as Director, Revamps & Upgrades for their centrifugal, steam turbine, process reciprocating and gas engine product lines.
Mike graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Ed Roper
Vice President, Unit Sales and Marketing
Ed has been named Vice President Unit Sales and Marketing for Compression Systems in December 2004. He has been with the company for 30 years, most recently as Vice President Marketing for Compression Systems. Throughout his career Ed has held various management positions within finance, aftermarket and operations - both domestically and internationally.
Ed holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business from Kent State University. |

Richard Stegall
Vice President, Reciprocating
Richard was named Vice President, Reciprocating in May 2007. Prior to this assignment he served as Vice President, Operations for all of Compression Systems. Richard brings extensive knowledge of operational and business processes to the position. Over the past 25 years he has held numerous managerial positions within the Cameron organization.
Richard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (concentration in Industrial Management) from Louisiana State University. |

Wayne Wootton
Vice President, Supply Chain
Wayne Wootton is the Vice President-Supply Chain for Compression Systems effective May 31, 2005.
Prior to joining Compression Systems, Wayne was with Cameron Iron Works and Cooper Cameron for over 27 years, with his last position with Cameron being International Purchasing Manager. Wayne then joined ABB Vetco Gray for over 6 years where his most recent position was Vice President, Corporate Supply Management.
Wayne attended Sam Houston State in Huntsville, TX where he majored in Business Management. While at ABB Vetco Gray, Wayne received his Six Sigma-Black Belt certification. |
