A management review of the HSE process is conducted annually and is intended to provide a forum for open discussion and improvement of the Drilling and Production Systems HSE Management System. - The results of any HSE management system audits conducted since the last management review
- Setting or updating HSE objectives and targets for the coming period
- The suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of training efforts
- The results of any action items from the previous management review meeting
- The results of tests or utilization of emergency preparedness and response procedures
