John Carne
Sr. Vice President, President Drilling & Production Systems
John Carne was named President of Cameron’s Drilling & Production Systems group in January, 2007. Carne has also served
as a Sr. Vice President of Cameron since February, 2006.
Carne joined Cameron’s Compression Systems business in 1971 and subsequently held positions as systems designer; manager, Technical Services; area manager, Aftermarket Services;
regional manager, Far East; and director of operations, U.K. and Norway. In 1996 he became manager of the Subsea Systems division’s manufacturing facility in Leeds, England and
was named operations director, Eastern Hemisphere for the Drilling & Production Systems group in 1999. In April, 2002, Carne became president of Cameron’s Valves & Measurement
group and a vice president of the corporation. |

Harold Conway
President, Drilling Systems
Harold Conway is President, Drilling Systems Division of Cameron located in Houston, Texas. Conway was named to his current position in October 2005.
Previously, Conway was Vice President and General Manager, Eastern Hemisphere of Cameron division of the Cooper Cameron Corporation, located in London, UK. Conway has been with Cooper Cameron Corporation companies since 1974. Conway has held various management positions with Cooper Industries, Joy Manufacturing and ACF Industries
Conway holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. |

Hal J. Goldie
President, Subsea Systems
Hal J. Goldie is President, Subsea Systems Division of Cameron, located in Houston, Texas. Goldie was named to his current position in October 2005.
Previously, Goldie was Vice President, Offshore Systems for the Cameron division of Cooper Cameron Corporation. Prior to that Goldie has held various management positions in field operations, sales and marketing for Cameron, including district management positions in the U.K., Scandinavia, Middle East, area management North America and product marketing management for subsea systems in Houston.
Goldie joined Cameron Iron Works in August 1969 as an Engineering Apprentice in Livingston, Scotland. |

Gary Halverson
President, Surface Systems
Gary Halverson is President, Surface Systems Division of Cameron and was named to his current position in October 2005.
Previously, Halverson was Vice President and General Manager, Western Hemisphere. Prior to that he has served as Director of Sales and Marketing for APME based in Singapore and as the General Manager of Latin America for the Western Hemisphere. Halverson joined Cameron in 1978 and has held numerous management positions throughout his 25-year career in the U.S. and overseas. |

Les Hiller
President, Petreco Process Systems
Les Hiller is President, Petreco Process Systems Division of Cameron Corporation. Hiller was named to his current position in September 2006. .
Previously, Hiller was Vice President and General Manager, Western Hemisphere of the division. Prior to that he served as Vice President Operations, Western
Hemisphere of Petreco International, Inc., a joint venture between Sequel Holdings, Inc. and Baker Hughes, Inc. after having worked twenty-seven years at the
Petreco division of Petrolite Corporation. Hiller was General Manager of that company when it was acquired by Baker Hughes in 1997.
Hiller holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Britt Schmidt
Vice President & General Manager Flow Control
Britt O. Schmidt is Vice President and General Manager for the Flow Control division of Cameron. He was named to his current position in October 2005.
Prior to his current appointment, Schmidt was General Manager of Cameron Willis. Schmidt began his career with Cameron in 1997 in the Corporate office as Project Marketing Manager. Since then, he has held positions as Product Manager, Plant Manager, General Manager, and Director of Operations within the Cameron division in both Houston and Germany.
Schmidt holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. |

Steven P. Beatty
Vice President, Finance
Steven P. Beatty is Vice President, Finance for the Drilling and Production Systems group of Cameron. Beatty has been with Drilling and Production Systems since August 1996, and was named to his current position in June 1997.
Prior to working at Drilling and Production Systems, Beatty was Vice President and Controller for the Western Company of North America and has held various financial management positions in the health care industry, electronics industry and Public Accounting.
Beatty holds both a B.S. degree and an M.B.A. from Indiana University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. |

Joe Vinson
Vice President, Human Resources
Joe Vinson is Vice President, Human Resources for the Drilling and Production Systems group of Cameron. Vinson is responsible for all aspects of human resource development and administration including the implementation of an effective career development and succession planning program for Drilling and Production Systems employees.
Vinson came to Drilling and Production Systems in April 1997 from Baker Hughes Inc. where he held the position of Vice President, Human Resources for the Baker Oil Tool Division. While at Baker Hughes, he also held the position of Corporate Director of Compensation and Benefits, and held various management positions with Dresser Industries Oilfield Product Group.
Vinson earned a B.A. degree in Wichita Falls, Texas, and did his graduate studies at The University of Houston. |

Ed Will
Vice President, Marketing Edward E. Will is Vice President, Marketing for the Drilling and Production Systems division of Cameron and was named to his current position in April 2001. Will was previously Vice President, Surface and Subsea Business and also served as Vice President, Business Development.
Will came from Weatherford Enterra where he directed corporate acquisition and business development activities. He previously served as President of the international division of the Western Company of North America and Vice President for several divisions of NL Industries/Baroid Corporation, including its former Shaffer pressure controls equipment division and ACME rental equipment division.
Will holds an M.B.A. from The Harvard Business School. |
