HOUSTON (May 20, 2009) – Cameron (NYSE: CAM) has acquired Geographe Energy Pty. Limited, a leader in total valve management for the oil, gas, and mining industries in Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Geographe will become a part of Cameron’s Valves & Measurement (V&M) group.

Cameron’s Measurement Systems Division acquires Jiskoot Limited
March 26, 2008 – (NYSE:CAM)
The Measurement Systems division of Cameron announced today the acquisition of Jiskoot Limited, a world leader in the design, manufacture and commissioning of sampling, blending and multiphase systems for the global oil and gas industry.
The acquisition also serves to combine Jiskoot’s market leadership with the reputation and product portfolios of Cameron’s current sampling brands Clif Mock® and True Cut®.
